Thank you for shopping with Tiny Hands Craft. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
If the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, then we can proceed for a refund.
How to apply for a refund
- Email info@tinyhandscraft.com with Your Order Number in the subject line.
- State the reason for the request.
- We will reply within one business day with approval or not. We will check if the digital product has been downloaded or not.
- If approved: we will proceed your refund to your method of payment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are downloaded by you.
Refund Disputes
If you believe your refund has not been processed correctly, please contact us at info@tinyhandscraft.com. If an issue remains unresolved, you may contact your payment provider or bank to open a dispute.
